Presentation and Definition (Utambulisho na Ainisho)
Tusambe Group: is a bilingual name from Bembe and English. (Tusambe Group: ni Neno toka kwenye Lugha mbili;Ki-bembe na Kiingereza).
“Tusambe” from the Bembe language means: “Let us Unite.” And, “Group” in the English language , means “a collection, a certain number of;” (Hivyo kazalika, “Group”,kutokana na Lugha ya Kiingereza ,ina maanisha “ Kundi, ao Idadi yenye kutambuluka).
-Tusambe Group was established on June 18, 2017 at the above mentioned address. Our first meeting was to put in order and organize all the ideals and concepts that we have gained through several previous informal visits. ( Tusambe Group , ilianzishwa tarehe 18 Juni,2017, kwenye mahali ya anwani tajwa hapo juu; kwa mara ya kwanza, kukutana, kwa mazumini ya kuweka pamoja Awazo yote tuliyo ya pata kwa muda tuliyo fanya kwa kutembelea Ofisi mbalimbali, na Mipango , ili kuanzisha kundi hili.)
ACTIVITIES
Due to the massive immigration of the Congolese people from the Democratic Republic of Congo, who having lived more than twenty (20) years in the refugee camps throughout the neighboring countries in Africa (including Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, and several others) there has resulted to a very large number of unskilled, uneducated, and relatively unprepared people in the State of Arizona. (Kulingana na idadi kubwa ya Waamiaji wa Ki-Congomani ,walio hishi Zaidi ya miaka Ishirini(20) ndani ya Makambi ya wakimbizi,yaliopo katika nchi jirani na D.R.Congo huko Afrika( Burundi, Tanzania,Kenya,Uganda,Malawi,Msumbiji, na zinginezo), ime leta matokeo ya idadi kubwa ya watu wasio kua na elimu katika inchi ya Marekani/Arizona.
It is very well known that, “Every beginning is difficult”, as French people say: tout debit est difficile. (Ina julikana kwamba kila mwanzo ni Mgumu,kama walivyosema Wafaransa,” tout debit est difficile”.
-While undergoing many hardships since we began to enter the State of Arizona (Jan. 2016 to May 2017), we began to visit several local resources and non-profit organizations. From our visits with these organizations we decided to meet and set up a group that would serve for the wellness of our lives in order to how to be to seek help for our community, and even some neighbors that find themselves in the similar situations as well. ( Hali ya maangaiko tuliyo ipitia tangu tulipo anza kuingia hapa Nchini/Arizona,Mwezi wa Januari,2016 hadi Mwezi Mei 2017, ili tusababishia kutembelea Ofisi mbalimbali, na kupata mawazo ya kuunda kundi, kwa ajili ya kuboresha Maisha yetu , na jinsi gani ya kusaidiana kati yetu hata pia na kuwa saidia Majirani zetu.
Tusambe Group (T.G.) has the following aims and plans ( Tusambe Group “T.G” ina malengo na mipango ifuatayo) :
#1. To teach our Congolese community how to obey the rules and regulations of the State of Arizona on a daily basis. ( Kufundisha watu wa jamii letu jinsi ya kuheshimu Sheria na kanuni za Marekani/ AZ siku kwa siku.)
#2. To teach our community to communicate better in English in order to comform with the local population and our new neighbors. ( Kufundisha watu wa jamii letu Lugha ya Taifa “English”, kwa ajili ya ku boresha mawasiliano na Wenyeji hata pia Majirani wengine).
#3. To help our community members to obtain jobs when in need, and even assist our neighbors who may find themselves in similar situations. ( Kuwa saidia watu wa jamii letu kupata kazi kwa muda wanapo itaji, pia hata na majirani zetu.).
#4. To search out learning materials and resources. And, to request assistance in order to equip and further educate our children ( i.e. everything from computers to educational toys). ( kutafuta wafadhili wa Vifaa vya masomo kwa watoto ,ili wawe wana jifunza nyumba na kujibukazi za masomo toka shuleni ( navyo ni: Computers na vinginevyo vya michezo).
#5. To preserve and conduct our cultural customs in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Arizona. ( Kutunza na kuendesha Mila na Desturi zetu , kulingana na Sheria za hapa Nchini/Arizona.)
5.1. Our home Language “Bembe” should be spoken in our homes. ( Lugha yetu ya nyumbani” Ki-Bembe”, kizungumuzwe ndani ya majumbe yetu.).
5.2. Our feasts and ceremonies should be conducted according to our customs as long as they are within the regulations of the State of Arizona.( Sherehe na Mikutano yetu zi endeshwe sawa na desturi zetu , kwa unyenyekevu wa Sheria Za Nchi/ AZ).
#6. To encourage everyone in our community to live in safe and appropriate housing relative to the size of their family, after three or five years of life here in the State of Arizona. (Kuamasisha kila mmoja wetu( Mme ao Mke) kuwa na makao mazuri(Nyumba), baada ya kuishi hapa Nchini/AZ kwa Miaka tatu ao Tano).
#7. To pray for… ( Kuomba juu ya…) ;
7.1. A long-lasting peaceful and good leadership in the Untied States, and for all of its dependent countries that rely on this leadership.( Amani ya kudumu na Uongozi bora daima hapa Nchini Marekani , na kwa Mataifa yote yaliyo chini yake).
7.2. For peace to be established and for good leadership to be restored back to our country, the D.R. Congo in Africa. (Amani iwepo na Uongozi bora Uanzishwe huko Nchini kwetu , Jamuhuri ya Kidemokrasia ya Kongo,Nchini Afrika).
Note: We believe in God through Jesus Christ, and that, by prayers and fasting, He does make His people prosper in everything good;

#8. By keeping the above statutes and fulfilling them; we expect prosperous development in our community, and a prosperous future for our kids and the generations to come, including all of our neighbors as well.

Preamble( utambulisho): A leader from the Tusambe Group (T.G), should be a married individual member (he/or she), a faithful and a merciful agent, to help and sustain other people in order that they might prosper. ( Kiongozi wa kundi la Tusambe Group(T.G), anatakiwa kuwa mmoja wapo wa wana memba., mwaminifu na mwenye huruma, kwa kuwa himiza watu , ili wastawi, yaani kuwa na heri, mwenye kuoa au kuolewa.
C. LAYOUT OF OUR MEETINGS ( UENDESHAJI WA MIKUTANO YETU).
1. Tusambe Group (T.G.) is a community Organization, set up by Christians, so the layout of its meetings is based upon Christian meetings; Eph. 2:20 , … having been built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone.
Col.3:17, …And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus.
1Tim. 4:16, …for by doing this you will insure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you.
( Tusambe Group (T.G.) ni kundi la kijamii ,ambalo Wanachama wake ni Wakristo, kwa hiyo , Uendeshaji wao wa Mikutano una mwenendo wa mikutano ya Kikristo;
Waefeso 2:20, … Mme jengwa juu ya Msingi wa Mitume na Manabii naye Kristo Yesu Mwenyewe ni jiwe Kuu la pembeni.
Wakolosai 3:17, … Na kila mfanyalo, kwa neon au kwa tendo , fanyeni yote katika jina la Bwana Yesu… .
2.Tusambe Group( T.G.) has a elected leadership. That means, after every five (5) years, from its registration, the organization should be subjected to elect a new leaders and staff members (Officers). And, it should be run in a orderly manner by the present authority, see Scripture found in 1 Corinthians 14:40,… but let all things be done properly and in an orderly manner.

3.Meetings and their Content ( Yali yomo ya Mikutano) :
(a) Leader or any honored, or any delegate can begin a meeting ( Mwenyekiti au Mteuliwa mwengine anaweza kuanzisha mkutano).
(b) Due to the multiple differences of job schedules of our members, the general meeting of Tusambe Group (T.G.) will be held once a month; and the staff meetings will be at least once a week. ( Kulingana na utofauti mwingi wa shuguli za kazi za Wana chama , mkutano wa jumla, uta kuwa unafanyika mara moja kwa Mwezi, bali Mkutano wa Viongozi /Kamati, utafanyika kila mara moja kwa wiki.).
(c) Steps of the meetings ( Hatua za Mikutano);
C.1. Praise and thanksgiving to the Lord God in Christ Jesus ( Sifa na Shukurani kwa Mungu ,katika jina la Yesu Kristo).
-Two (2) Songs and prayer plus reading of the word of God from the Bible; all these steps should be led by Men; see scripture found on1 Tim. 2:8, 12 ( - Nyimbo mbili (02), Sala na Neno la Mungu kutoka ndani ya Biblia; Hatua hizi zita endeshwa na Wanaume . ;angalia maandiko , 1 Timotheo 2:8, 12,… wana ume wasalishe kila mahali… , 12… Simpi mwana mke ruhusa ya kufundisha , wala kumtawala mwanamume.)
C.2. A discussion of the agenda items (Agenda—yahusuyu mkutano)
C.3. Ending Prayer; should be led by a man also. ( Sala ya mwisho, ambayo ita endeshwa na mwana mume pia.)
D.TUSAMBE GROUP(T.G) - RULES AND CONDUCTS
( KANUNI NA SHERIA ZA MABO YA NDANI).
D.1 Membership Elegibility ( Mwana chama na Asiye Mwanachama) :
Any Congolese legally known by the Arizona State government, being 18 years of age or above, and interested in joining the group can submit an application, and is eligible for membership upon a thorough review of his/her request. ( Mkongomani yeyote, wa D.R.C, anaye julikana kihalali na Uongozi wa serikali ya Jimbo la Arizona/ USA ,mwenye umri wa miaka 18 au Zaidi, akiwa mwenye kuitaji kujiunga na kundi hili- , ana takia kufanya Ombi, na baada ya uchunguzi sanyifu , hukubaliwa.).
D.2. The member applicant will be given notification of acceptance or rejection within 30 days. (Ombi lita kaguliwa baada ya siku 30)
D.3. Every Tusambe Group member should attend meetings as scheduled, and must contribute to the meetings as planned by the group (Kila mwana chama wa Tusambe-Group , ana takiwa kuhudhuria mikutano kama inavyo pangiliwa na kundi.)
D.4. Every Tusambe Group member should be in contact with the Office Members, as well as with all group members (see the scripture 1Corinthians 12:25-26) …to care one another… , ( Kila mwana chama wa Tusambe -Group ana takiwa kuwa na mawasiliano na Viongozi , kazalika na wana chama yote. Angalia maandiko, 1Korintho 12 : 25-26, … kwa kutunzana mmoja kwa mwingine. )
D.5. -Every Tusambe Group member must respect, love one another as well as those who are their neighbors - … to stimulate and to bear with one another; this is the MOTTO of Tusambe Group members. (Heshima, Upendo, kati yetu na kwa majirani pia , - hizo ndizo SERA za wana chama wa kundi la Tusambe Group.)
E. WORKS DONE SINCE STARTING TUSAMBE GROUP ASSOCIATION.
KAZI AU SHUGULI AMBAZO ZIME KWISHA FANYIKA NDANI YA KUNDI.
Within our meetings, we always teach each other to obey and live according to the rules of the State of Arizona and to conduct ourselves in a manner that is in accordance with the local community and with other newcomers to the region. ( Katika mikutano yetu , tuna endelea kufundishana , jinsi ya kuheshimu SHERIA na KANUNI za Jimbo la AZ/ USA, ili kuwa sambamba na wenyeji hata na wageni wengine.)
We continue to help our community members to get jobs, when in need, according to possibilities of each individual; whenever reported .( Tuna endelea kuwatafutia watu wa jamii letu, nafasi za kazi anapo kuwa na uhitaji, na mara akiripotia uitaji wake.)

Currently, Tusambe Group (T.G.) includes fifty-four (54) members ; see our list above. Plus, it also includes two hundred and ninety-seven (297) children.

5 . In the Tusambe Group (a) 16 families have received computers from the PC -Refuge Focus. (b) And, 297 kids have received backpacks from brother Sean McClue and Reginald.( Familia 16 wame kwisha pokea Computers toka kwenye shirika la PC Refuge Focus.Na wanafunzi 244 walipokea Begi za shule mwaka huu.)
